Kalí méra, I’m back from a little adventurous vacation in Greece and returning with a new family member: »Yorgos«, a little stray dog which we rescued and adopted from the streets and beach from Crete. Maybe he likes to join me on the next pics.

And here are the new arrivals on wax: starting with two brand new 45s on Izipho. The first one is their current soulful release by Eddie Floyd from 1978 which has been restored from the original tape and on the flip you’ll get »It’s Only You« by southern soul legends Barbara Carr and Roy Roberts. The next one is a test-press of their upcoming 45 heat by Australian 16 piece funk collective The Regime with two superb tracks from soul-filled vocals, groove to a big funky jam which is called »Deuzy Vibe«!

The mysterious Disco Bits crew from the UK delivers a brand new smashing disco double-sider by Cannon & Mirrorball. One side contains a heavy mash-up of the Banbarra classic »Shack Up« and B-52’s classic »Love Shack« whilst the other side comes along with a mix of disco house and well placed hip-hop vocals.

Justgoodbeats from the UK is back with another highly limited (30 copies) dope release by Looms on a clear lathe cut with the two tracks »Dawn Dusk« and »And We All Fall Down«. If you are familiar with their releases you know the deal, don’t miss!

Israeli producer Kutiman joined forces once again with Turkish songstress Melike Şahin for their latest magic 45 release »Elimi Tut« and its instrumental version »Karaoke« on the flip.

Last but not least LabOhr’s new release »Instro Bistro Vol.2« which is full of tasty Boom Bap Burgers by PerFiktion – Instro Bistro who has a knack for exquisite samples, raw drums and mouth-watering basslines.

Thanks to y’all and be sure to hear them in my next shows on Brooklyn Radio. Aντίο!
