My new hike on the musical world trail is out now on Brooklyn Radio for the 5th time:

This time I have invited Ancient Astronauts and BadboE to accompany me through our common walk of diverse global soundscapes without borders be that Lebanese groove, Hungary and Danish (electronic) jazz, Japanese pop, Australian funk, Germany trap and instrumental hip hop, UK rap and much more.

I’m starting the tour with a smooth instrumental by Hydrogenii on POSTPARTUM., Jazz Spastiks & People Without Shoes with jazzy beats and raps on HHV Records, a classic track by Aim from back in the good old Grand Central Records days, Brenk Sinatra with a dope beat on a limited 45 of his new album (HHV Records) and Isaac Haze with a low riding tune of his „Fingerprints 3“ album. At the next junction we meet Àbáse (C O S M I C | C O M P O S I T I O N S) with his stunning „Align“, The KutiMangoes (Tramp Rec.) and WANUBALÉ (Agogo Records) with high-class groovy and (jazzy) afro rhythms, a reissued sought-after classic by Fairuz on WEWANTSOUNDS, two disco 45 banger by Cannon & Mirrorball on Disco Bits, The Allergies with a burning re-work of Big Daddy Kane featuring Andy Cooper, Cookin On 3 Burners with an energetic (and already dancefloor tested) funk cover of Gorillaz‘ „Feel Good Inc.“, Akiko Yano with „Iroha ni Konpeitou“ of her eponymous cult album (Wewantsounds), jazz by NÉRIJA with „Equanimous“, new output by Black Bear Basement on Dezi-Belle and laid-back beats by Flughand & Smuv on KingUnderground.

Next up is Dogu (Switchstance Recordings) of Ancient Astronauts, a music production and DJ duo from Germany who already collaborated with the likes of The Pharcyde, Thievery Corporation, The Jungle Brothers and many more with a manyfold selection. Badboe, a Danish remixer, producer and head of Breakbeat Paradise Recordings is ending the journey with a mixture of fresh beats and raps.
